Leftover night. My partner is a master when it comes to re-creating delicious meals from the leftovers in our fridge. At least once a week, we eat a delicious masterpiece made from leftover meats and any almost expired veggies. This particular chicken and shrimp dish was a perfect balance of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil on a bed of rice, topped with scallions. Of course always accompanied with a salad. Healthy is delicious!
