I’ve been seeing a lot of posts on food appeal lately, and I couldn’t agree more. If you don’t eat things you’re excited about, then why on earth would you ever stick to your food plan? I try and prepare foods that are not only tasty, but visually appealing as well. Something as simple as my afternoon snack – a cup of bulletproof coffee, and some raspberries, looks delicious right? Clean eating doesn’t have to be complicated, keep it simple, make sure it’s foods you appreciate eating and most importantly, things that excite you!
