Cauliflower chicken wings?!?! Ummmmm yes please! These were so quick and easy to whip up, and cooked in the good old air fryer. Dry ingredients was a mixture of almond flour (but you could use all purpose flour as well), garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, and salt. Wet ingredients was almond milk mixed with water. Mix the two together to create a runny paste and toss the cauliflower florettes in the paste mixture. I air fried mine for about 12 minutes on 390° but times will vary based on the size of your cauliflower bites. Once cooked, toss in some Frank’s red hot sauce. And don’t forget to grease your airfryer rack before cooking 🙂
